Frost writes to a friend Phillips Palmer, clarifying remarks he'd made regarding author and critic Gorham Munson: "Gorham Munson is a friend and my small private unhappiness that he shouldn't have found a little more generosity in his heart toward me is nothing to make much of anyway. You are free to judge him for yourself of course even as he was perfectly free to judge me."
