Condition:
•  Cloth binding in nice condition, with only light edgewear and rubbing to corner tips.
•  Spine ends softened, rear board slightly cocked.
•  Interior unusually clean and unmarked.
•  Dust jacket scarce and present: chipping to edges, spine tips, and corners; toning to paper; tape repairs visible on verso.
 
Overall, an excellent copy in the elusive dust jacket—remarkable for a book now over a century old. Originally priced at $3.50, this edition remains a prized example of Wyeth’s artistry paired with Doyle’s storytelling.
